Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,

Spolin Law was recently the subject of articles in the LA Times. While we respect the time, attention, and research that the reporter took in writing these articles, the articles contain some inaccuracies and misrepresentations as they relate to Spolin Law.

The firm is preparing a detailed written response to address the inaccuracies, and that response will be posted here when it is available.

Since we opened our doors in 2016, we have strived to do right by each and every client, learn from our past work, and course correct along the way as the laws, the legal climate, and the criminal justice system have changed.

We continue to be proud that:

  • Clients choose us over other lawyers because of our reputation as aggressive advocates, taking on some of the most challenging cases in the country, and our unparalleled track record of winning cases. In 2022 we won a record number of cases.
  • Spolin Law is proposing a drastic reform of the criminal justice system via the End the Anders Brief campaign: www.EndtheAndersBrief.org. This type of radical advocacy is bound to create critics.

We appreciate the trust you have put into all of Spolin Law’s counselors and staff and your continued support of the work we do in defense of our clients and within the criminal justice system.

As always, we welcome your inquiries and hope that you will return here soon to see our detailed written response when it is ready.
